- Drafted comprehensive road standards to end the perpetration of substandard roads in Teller County
- Replaced the destroyed drainage structures in the Lakemoor West Subdivision after a major flood event at no cost to the residents of Teller County
- Reorganized the Road & Bridge Department and updated and standardized equipment
- Began to pave county roads (Kelly’s Road, Teller 5, Teller 51, and Teller Rd 1)
- Began the use of hydroscopic salt for dust control on county roads
- Integrated critical habitat protection for 14 common wildlife species into the subdivision review process
